The CEC now offers training on cheese cutting and presentation for optimal store displays. The training includes a theoretical component and is combined with a practical component that can be done in your facilities as mentoring for your team. This training will address the following:

- In-store cheese displaying
- Hygiene basics
- Cheese tasting for product resale.
- Cheese stand sales
- Cheese platters and sides
- Industry vocabulary
This training is designed for customers who work in cheese factory stores or for cheese merchants, retailers and distributors.
