The CEC developed a Good cheese manufacturing practices guideline including the very minimum required by the provincial legislation and the prerequisite programs of the CFIA. This guide is provided for free and includes for members only a kit of different helpful tools for the implementation of this guideline. We highly recommend that you implement such a kit and the CEC can help you out in doing so. Unfortunately, this guide is available in French only since this is a provincial requirement.
