Being a member of the CEC, you will access to a special hourly price. The membership you will pay for is related to your annual volume. You can also buy a bank of hours in advance, so you will access to a much lower price. The technical support you can get might concern:

  • Operation problem solving
  • Production and process optimization
  • Cheese quality improvement
  • New recipe development
  • Facility renovation
  • Facility start-up
  • Basic prerequisite program implementation for quality systems etc…

Becoming a member, you will automatically access to 3 sensory evaluation for 3 of your products over the year. This evaluation is managed by 9 experts who provide technical feedback so you can adjust some of your production step to improve your finish good. The value of this service is 90$. You will also have a free access to the benchmarking tools developed by both CRAAQ and the CEC so you can position yourself in the local market. The value of this second service is 80$. You will receive our newsletter 8 times a year and your personal “CEC events card”. Using it for every events overtime, you receive a free access to the 6th paying event organized by the CEC.
